She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Joseph Helms and Annie Ronnie Helms (Copher); her husband James Donald Parsons Sr.; and her son James Donald Parsons Jr.. She is survived by: her son Barry Parsons (Terri) of Lavaca; her granddaughters, Angie Briggs (Will) of Santa Fe, NM, Ginny Detherage (Brian) of Fort Smith and Jill Walchli (Lee) of Lavaca; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Green (Jacob) of Fort Smith, Skylar Walchli of Fort Smith, Jack, James Briggs of Santa Fe, NM and Chase Walchli of Lavaca.
