It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Spruell of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Raymond and Anne M. Schultheiss Spruell. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Libby Rose, Amy Puckett of Lewisville, TX, Ray Spruell of Gulf Breeze, FL, Scott Spruell of Hot Springs, AR and David Spruell of Louisville, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Bettye Spruell of Fort Smith and Gloria Spruell of Hot Springs, AR..
