William Harper Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Harper (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of William Harper to show support.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Thomas Harper and Vivien Harper (Tatum); his wife Helen Harper (Harris); his daughters, Sloane Harper and Ashley Harper-Oberle; his grandsons, Jack, Paxton and Alec Oberle; and his sister Katie Harper.

Due to the pandemic, heightened risk of exposure and spread, we will not celebrate this man's amazing and cherished life until we can do so safely and in love and happiness in a place he loved best.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you joyfully consider making a donation to Kitties and Kanines Veterinarian Clinic, 4300 Phoenix Ave. Fort Smith, AR 72903.
