He is survived by: his wife Connie of Fort Smith; his children, Stacie Cox of Fort Smith and Steve Cox (LeeAnn) of Fort Smith; his siblings, Ruby Montgomery, Ronnie Cox (Pam) of Sherwood and Brenda Davidson (Butch) of Cabot; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Montgomery (Donna) of Cabot, Tammy Cooper (David) of Greenwood, Wendy Harrison (John) of Maumelle, Blake Davidson (Ashley) of Sherwood, Hayley Trimble (Chad) of Sherwood and Kyley Hood of Fort Smith.
