He is survived by: his wife Marcia Mohler (Teeters); his children, Sean Teeters (Nikki) of Georgia, Chris Mohler of Utah, Timothy Mohler of Oklahoma, Cindi Self (Nathan) of Oklahoma, Angela Bates (Roger) of Oklahoma and Kristina Denney of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Robin Valdez of Utah, Saundra Hansen (Sloan) of Utah, Terry Schow of Utah and Hugh Sloan of Colorado.
