With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ward Billingsley of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 18, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Diana. He is survived by: his wife Judy Billingsley; and his children, Dave, Donna and Dan. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
