She was predeceased by: her husband G. L. Webb; and her parents, Ethel Plymale and Carl Plymale. She is survived by: her brothers, Clifford, Gurvis, Curtis, Harold and Bobby; and her nephew David "Tommy" Plymale.
In lieu of flowers, Wanda's family request that donations be made to the Rye Hill Baptist Church Building Fund.
