She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Blaylock; her daughter Vicki Deason; and her siblings, George Edward Foster and Wilma J. Brisco. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Davis of Fort Smith; her sister Shirley McCurry of Fort Smith; her grandsons, Clay Mitchell of Fort Smith, Jeremy Davis (Shannan) of Fort Smith and Josh Davis (Brittany) of Cave Springs; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Baylor, Max, Palmer and Layton.
