He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fowler and Helen Fowler; his wife Delilah Fowler; his children, Ronald Fowler and Janis Fowler; and his son-in-law Ellis Brisher (Jim).
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Brisher of Fort Smith and Dennis Fowler (Jennifer) of Frisco, Texas; his granddaughter Cassie Dolittle of Cedar Creek, Texas; his great grandchildren, Louise and Mae Hager; and his siblings, Georgeann Miller of Cortland and Eddie Raner (Linda) of Shawnee, Kansas..
