It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Wayne Nichols of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Smurf; his parents, Louis Victor Clyde and Josephine Nichols (Sivley); his siblings, L. B. Nichols and Mary Robertson; his wife Jewell Nichols; his children, Delores Myers of Fort Smith, AR., Ruth Moore (Donnie) of Fort Smith, AR., Cathy Shipmon (William) of Mountainburg, AR. and Joe Nichols (Krystal) of Van Buren, AR.; and his brother Joe Clyde Nichols of San Antonio, TX. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
