He is survived by: his wife Viengxay; his children, Pheth Philaly (Pele Phaxay) of Rogers, Audrey Samay Philaly of Dallas and Viengkham Vongrasamy (Melinda Dang) of Fort Smith; his siblings, Khongkham Saengmeung (Vanhthong) of Laos, Loma Namvong (Thuong) and Saeng Namvong; and his grandchildren, Jason, Jacob, Dylan and Paxson.
