He is survived by: his sons, Craig Mathews (Pam) of Ozark, AR. and Brad Mathews (Sarah) of Fort Smith, AR.; and his brother Dale Mathews of Fort Smith, AR.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
