He was predeceased by: his parents, Euless Huggins, Jr. and Margie Cowan Huggins; and his stepson David Reese. He is survived by: his wife Carroll; his stepchildren, Tracy Duty, Trinity Bardin, Jonathan Reese and Angela Collins; and his caregiver Samantha Berryhill. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
