With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracy William Cook (Fort Smith, Arkansas), born in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 30, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Stella. He is survived by: his wife Jane Richmond (Silvey); his children, Sheila Wagner of Fort Smith, AR, Sandy Hall of California, Susan Cook of Oklahoma and Tracy Cook of California; and his grandchildren, Paul, Tyler and Lauren. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
