It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Waymon James in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on July 28, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. James and Ethel I. James (Boze); and his sister Linda White. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Dean James; his children, Becky Denney (David) of Alma and Tony James (Melissa) of Alma; his brother Kenneth James (Monteen) of Van Buren; his brother-in-law Harlan White of Tulsa; and his granddaughters, Aubrey James of Alma and Rachel James of Alma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
