She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Adcox and Bonnie Adcox. She is survived by: her husband Harvey Shoate; her daughters, Natasha Lea Shoate and Elisa Nicole Shoate-Odunukwe (Onyi); her granddaughter Adaeze Hope; and her siblings, Debbie Vanwater (Karl), Ray Adcox (Debbie), Danny Adcox (Linda), Tim Adcox (Annette), David Adcox (Shelly) and Bruce Adcox (Teresa). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
