He is survived by: his mother Nina Collene Ross Rinke (Sissie) of Fort Smith; his sisters, Annetta Raye Baker of Fort Smith and Rhonda Kaye Holder (Bill) of Fort Smith; his nieces, Dawn Haney of Las Vegas, Jennifer Bechard of Hays, Alisha Samarin of Springdale, April Howell of Las Vegas and Rachael Schluterman of Lavaca, Arkansas; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler Haney, Chelsea Haney, Allie Straub, Brayden Bechard, Brody Bechard, Alexis Samarin, Josie Samarin, Eli Samarin, Gabrielle Howell, Katie Schluterman, Carter Schluterman, Max Schluterman and Will Schluterman. He is also survived by six great-great nieces and nephews.
