He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Baze of Owasso, Shirley Baze of Sallisaw, Oklahoma., Pam Baze of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. and Tammy Baze of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
