He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Stigger and Mildred Stigger (Pickens); his wife Virginia; his children, Keiann McDonald, Fuzz Stigger, Tangela Stigger and Tovi Stigger; and his sisters, Joann Freeman and Anna Moore. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
