He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Tina Michel of Bonanza, Thomas Hull Jr. of Fort Smith and David Lee Hull of Joplin, MO; and his siblings, Pat Wagner of California and Ken Hull of Georgia. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
