She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theo Wilkerson and Faye Wilkerson (Smith); her husband James; her children, Paula Carter (Brad) of Fort Smith and Taylor Welch (Alice) of Fort Smith; and her sister Leona Carter of Dora, OK. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
