Thelma C. Carter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma C. Carter (Fort Smith, Arkansas), born in Alma, Arkansas, who passed away on April 7, 2023 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thelma C. Carter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Cristee and Edna Cristee (Pinson); her husband Maurice A. Carter; her grandson Blake Carter; and her siblings, Wanda Gregg, Gladys Whittenberg and Leo Cristee.

She is survived by: her sons, Cris Carter (Carolyn) of Bentonville and Keith Carter (Shannon) of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Chad Carter (Kim) of Longmont, CO and Beth Martin (Adam) of Addison, TX; and her son Brandon Carter (Kim) of Aledo, TX. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
