It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terri Lynn Moore (Dulany) of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed on to be with the lord on April 4th, 2021, Easter Sunday, leaving behind one sister, Deborah Evans of Cabot, AR, two daughters, Rebekah L. Koeppe of Fort Smith, AR and Jocie A. Coats of Farmington, AR, One son, Dylan L Coats, of Fayetteville, AR and a total of 10 grandchilden who loved her dearly. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Jocie V. Dulany (Wilkes) and Truman L. Dulany. Thank you and God bless.
