He is survived by: his daughter Hali Howard of Muldrow, OK; his caregiver Allie McKnight of Muldrow, OK; his father Mike Howard of Muldrow, OK; his sisters, Amber Hesson of Fort Smith, AR, Amanda Squires, Chris of Muldrow, OK, Heather Marshall and Mitt of Muldrow, OK; and also, Sierra Weeks of Muldrow, OK and Jeremiah Weeks of Fort Smith, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
