She is survived by: her husband Leon Warrick; her children, Cynthia Wilcox (Naomi) of Fort Smith, William Lou Henry (BJ), Fort Smith and Rose Marie Graves of Fort Smith; and her siblings, Edna Miller of Fort Smith and Gary Don Welch of Muldrow, OK. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
