She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Moore (Robin) of Fort Smith, Jeff Moore (Pam) of Fort Smith and Jason Moore (Cheryl) of Fort Smith; her sisters, Charlene Winford of Huntington, Lorene Sutton of Huntington and Pat Dickson of Dayton; her grandchildren, Chasa McDonald, Brandon Moore, Kayla Moore and Nicholas Moore; and her great grandchildren, Haven Nickson and Eric McDonald.
