He was predeceased by: his parents, Estell Bernell and Mary Boatright Noyes; and his siblings, David, Darrell Noyes, Kathy Parker and Doris Noyes.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Noyes (Charlotte) of Bald Knob, Heath Noyes (Amy) of Riverside, Ottis Owens of Ozark, Steve Noyes Jr. of Ozark, Ashley (Bill Bieker) of Fort Smith, Stormy Noyes of Alix and Nikki Kovash (Michael) of Rogers, AR; and his sister Emily Davis of Ozark. He is also survived by Nineteen Grandchildren; and Four Great Grandchildren.
