He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Shepley; his daughter Elizabeth Shay Shepley (Caymen Stewart) of Fort Smith; his stepdaughters, Courtney Kuykendall Edwards (Calab) of Little Rock and Rebecca Rush of Los Angeles, CA; his brother-in-law Joel Ingram; his half-brother Jim Shepley; and his niece Hanna Decker.
