She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Haggard; her parents, Otis Pittman and Ruby Pittman (Roberts); and her sisters, Betty Flatte Miller, Robbie Pittman Ulrich and Judy Pittman Lothery.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Warden (Len) of Ft. Smith; her grandchildren, Chip Warden (Sheilah Brady) and Libby Ware (Tom) of Ft. Smith; her daughter Lt. Midge Burthe; her grandchildren, Tia Fackler Pray of Lancaster, CA, Jane Burthe of Lancaster, CA and Jack Burthe; her foster daughter Marie Gist (Gary) of Van Buren; and her children, Mailena Urso (Justin) of Fayetteville, Shauna Pulayya (Randy) of Orlando, FL, Kristi Xiao (Saoji) of Oakland, CA and Sean Volavong of Bentonville. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
