She is survived by: her husband Cliff Hays; her children, Stephanie and Lynn Hays of Stigler, OK; her grandchildren, Garrett, Madison, Chase Butcher, Kaeli Hays and Tobi Hays; her great grandchild Raylee Butcher; and her siblings, Carolyn Sue Williams (Clarence), Debbie Coker (Billy), Wilma Faye Stephens of Panama, OK, Terry Thomas, Jimmy Thomas (Paula) and Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
