Though Scotty may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Scotty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Rowell-Parish Mortuary Chapel (611 N 9th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
