He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Bailey and Trudy Bailey; his sister Shauna Jo Bailey; and his granddaughter Kinnedee Kay Snell. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Bailey; his daughters, Kristen Snell (Hollis) of Texas and Samantha Vines of Fort Smith; his son-in-law Cameron Bailey (Eden) of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Hollis V, River, Ellie, Xavier, Elijah, Everett and Owen; his brothers, Roger Bailey of Alma and Mitch Bailey (Jade) of Michigan; his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Brianna and Shawn; and his sister Julie Bailey of Oklahoma.
