It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah Chamberlin in Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Warner and Anna Warner (Wallace); her daughter Kimberly A. Davis; her siblings, Linda K. Webster and Jesse B. Warner, Jr.; her great grandchild Kimber Davis; and her niece Amber Whittington.
She is survived by: her children, Shane Chamberlin of Tyler, TX and Tamra Cole (Jerry); and her siblings, Steve Warner of Texas and Debbie Martin of Texas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces; other relatives and friends.
She developed early onset Alzheimer's in her early 60's and lived with her daughter, Tami until she needed to be in an Alzheimer's Care Facility for about nine years.
