He was predeceased by: his parents, Burrell Lowrey and Georgia Lou Lowrey; and his brother Doug Lowrey. He is survived by: his children, Judy Whitt (Kane) of Ft. Smith, Clint Lowrey of Ft. Smith and Justin Lowrey of Cape Cod, MA; and his granddaughters, Olivia Whitt and Abigail Whitt. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
