She is survived by: her parents, Mattie Elizabeth Chandler Smith and Emmett Smith; her spouse Richard Martin Boal; her daughters, Dickie Ann Boal-Johnson of New Hope, PA, Davie Lee Slates (John William Slates) and Fort Smith; her grandchild John William Slates III; her wife Paige of Dallas, TX; her great grandchildren, John William Slates IV, Nicholas Benjamin Koch, Thomas Bowden Slates, Colin Douglas Koch and Elizabeth Adair Slates; her great-grandparents, Gil Johnson and Michaela Johnson; her niece Cathy Cooper Morris of Little Rock; her friend LeeAnn Waldo of London; and also, Juliet Christina Johnson of Washington, DC, Leigh Adair Koch (Ben) of Dallas, TX and Guilbert R. Johnson (Michaela) of New York, NY.
