It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rubye Barton of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Franklin, Louisiana, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Glen Newcomer; and her husband Frank "Kit" Barton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and step-children.
