She was predeceased by: her father David Bradley; her grandparents, Arthur and Essie Hammons; and her aunts, Kathleen Hammons and Gayle Hammons.
She is survived by: her mother Imogene Bradly of Bokoshe; her sisters, Connie Shaffer (Dan) of Panama and Jennifer Hammons of Muldrow; her nieces, Tabitha Butler (Daniel) of Spiro, Cassie Walls (Josh) of Shady Point, Kayleigh Tippit (Michael) of Spiro and Brandi Carlson of Muskogee; and her nephew Cody Hammons of Muldrow. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, other relatives.
