He is survived by: his wife Cathy Cunningham; his children, David Cunningham, Angie Harmon, Paula Shepard, Mary Frances, Bobbie Green, Sue Mahan and Samantha Sisk; and his siblings, Don Pulliam, Jamie McKinney and Helen Robinson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
