He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arnold Rowe and Ellen Rowe; his children, Ashley Evans (Lee) of Uniontown, Jeffrey Rowe of Fort Smith and Michael Rowe of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Mary Lou Dunlap of Uhrichsville, OH, Bill Rowe of Uhrichsville, OH., David Rowe of Uhrichsville, OH. and Lee Rowe of Uhrichsville, OH.. He was also cherished by three granddaughters and four grandsons.
