He is survived by: his former wife Becky Taylor of Fort Smith; his daughter Linsey Yates of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Casey, Lexi, Hayes and Hunter Yates; and his siblings, Patsy Burris (Danny) of Spiro, OK and Donald Yates (Becky) of Huntington, AR..
