He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopoldo Garcia and Consuelo Garcia; and his wife Estela Garcia. He is survived by: his sons, Rodolfo Garcia, Jr. (Olivia) of Fort Smith and Julio Sesar Garcia of Houston, TX; his siblings, Teresa of Monterrey, Mexico, Lucha of Monterrey, Mexico, Licha Garcia of Monterrey, Mexico, Gildardo Garcia of Fort Smith and Jesus Garcia of Monterrey, Mexico; and his grandchildren, Grecia Garcia of Fort Smith and Andres Rodolfo Garcia of Fort Smith.
