He is survived by: his children, Julie Butts, Brian Butts and Brandy Butts; his grandchildren, Austin Butts, Brandon Butts and Michaela Crews; his stepchildren, Barry Crowell and Cynthia Bouakadakis; his stepgrandchildren, Hayley, Hollie and Andy; and his siblings, Ronnie Butts, John Butts, Tim Butts and Dennette Pruitt. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 2800 Hendricks Blvd #4563, Fort Smith, AR 72903.
