He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Jasper and Betty Jasper (Schleuter). He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his sister Athena "Tina" Jasper-Emerson of Clarksville, AR; his stepchildren, Ramona Cox and Greg Davis of Fort Smith; his nieces, Nicole Kutas of Clarksville and Nadia Graves of Vilonia, AR; and his stepgrandchildren, Lauren Howard, Paige Neal, Morgan Nina and McKenzie Davis. He is also survived by four step great grandchildren.
