He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert C. and Katherine Holt Barker; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Jere Barker; his brother Dr. Charles H. Barker; his children, Mara E. Barker of Fort Smith, Heather B. Heitman (Ted) of Manchester, MO, Bevin B. Raines (Brian) of Waco, TX and Brent C. Barker of Fort Smith; and his grandchildren, Sam of Waco, TX, Miles of Waco, TX, Max Raines of Waco, TX and Ella Booth of Portland, OR. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces and nephews.
