He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Willett and Georgia Willett. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Amber Vaughn (Jason) of Fort Smith and Ashley Dooley (Dennis) of Barling; his stepchildren, Susie Middleton of Tonkawa, OK and Brady Perkins of Ponca City, OK; his siblings, Freda Wakefield (Ray) of Clarksville, AR, Louise Mackey (Jerry Lee) of Poteau, OK, Connie Lankford of Roland, OK, Gary Willett, Larry Willett (Brenda) of Broken Arrow, OK and Jerry Willett of Gentry, AR.; and his grandchildren, Ethan Vaughn, Cooper Vaughn and Dax Dooley. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
