It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard H. Foster of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Foster and Dorothy Foster; and his wife Barbara Foster. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Foster Kirkpatrick of Pleasant Hill, CA, Toni Foster Dally of Blakeslee, PA, Linda Foster Neville of Edmond, OK and Richard "Rick" Foster of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church or Hobson Preschool and Kindergarten, 116 N. 12th St., Fort Smith, AR 72901.
