With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Dee Charlton (Fort Smith, Arkansas), born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, who passed away on October 24, 2019 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Charlton and Mary Charlton; his wife Alice May Charlton; his son Todd Michael Charlton; and his brother Alfred Charlton.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Stites of Van Buren, Tina Hall of Fayetteville, NC, Rick Charlton of Van Buren, Chris Charlton of Van Buren and Guy Charlton of Chickasha, OK; and his sister Annabelle Klein of Van Buren. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
