She was predeceased by: her stepfather Robert Blatt. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy D Russell; her children, Lacy Williams (Erik) of Fort Smith, Ryan Russell (Bethany) of Barling and Jeremy Russell of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Madison Russell, Hayden Russell and Kaylee Davis; her mother Marcene Blatt of Fort Smith; her siblings, Renee Cupit of Lavaca, Shannon Blatt of Fort Smith, Mark Lowrey of Fort Smith, Brian Lowrey of Redfield, AR and Brent Lowrey of Maumelle; and also C. W. Lowrey (Patsy) of Paris, AR. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
