He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Palmer; and his sons, Randy and Kevin Palmer. He is survived by: his sister Jeanette Fisher; his daughter Cindy Howell (Paul Howell MD); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Danielle, Hannah and Zachary. He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
