He is survived by: his wife Shasta Teer Carpenter of Fort Smith; his children, Adam Holley, Randy Carpenter, Jr. (Susan) of Cabot, William Blake Carpenter of Fort Smith, Ashley Perry (Daniel) of Texas and Jessica Curtis (Cody) of Fort Smith; his siblings, Danny Ray Carpenter (Cristal) of Monticello and Amanda Piper (Steve) of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Eli Johnson and Hannah Carpenter; and his nephew Austin Piper.
